  • What is a "Lash Lift"?"
    Eyelash lift (aka "eyelash perm") is an advanced technique to lift and curl lashes to give a fuller and curvier effect. It is a great alternative to lash extensions for people who are looking to achieve a glam look with their natural lashes. If you are not quite ready for lash extensions, a lash lift is the perfect way to start.
  • How long does a Lash lift last?
    It typically lasts up to 6-8wks. However, it can vary from person to person, as it depends on the life cycle of your lashes and how well it’s maintained. The lift may come down a little as the root of the lashes grow out downwards, but the curls are permanent and will last until the lashes fall out during its natural cycle.
  • How many eyelashes fall out everyday?
    Generally loosing 1-5 eyelashes per a day is considered normal. The life cycle of the lashes vary from person to person.
  • What can help Lash lifts last longer?
    Avoid water, excess sweating, crying, mascara, sauna, pool...any humidity should be avoided for the first 24hrs after getting the treatment. Use of a lash serum or castor oil will help support the health of your lashes and prevent them from prematurally shedding.
  • Can I wear eye makeup?
    Yes absolutely! Please make sure to wait 24hrs after the procedure, as avoiding water/humidity is crucial to make the effect last longer! Less you do to your lashes, lifts last longer!
  • Can I use an eyelash growth serum after getting a Lash lift?
    Yes, but please wait for at least 24hrs after getting a lash lift treatment. Use of a lash serum or castor oil will help support the health of your lashes and prevent lashes from prematurally shedding.
  • Does the Lash lift procedure hurt?
    You should not feel any discomfort during the lash lift procedure. Please notify me asap if you feel a stinging sensation in your eyes or any other discomfort. Lightly closing your eyes instead of squinting will prevent the likelihood of the lash solution entering your eyes. If this happens, eye drops will be used to flush the solution out of the eyes.
  • Can I wear mascara after getting a lash lift?
    Yes, but please wait for at least 24hrs after getting a lash lift treatment. Water proof mascara should be avoided as it has harsh chemicals that could damage the chemically treated lashes. Water Resistant mascara can still be used.
  • How long does the lash lift application take?
    Lash lifts typically take 40min. Lift & Tint will take about 1hr 15min.
  • Is there anything I should do prior to receiving a lash service?
    Take off all eye makeup with non-oil makeup remover, and leave the eyelashes uncurled. Cleaner lashes help shorten prep time, as well as increasing the efficacy of the solution. Keep in mind that the lashes should be kept dry for at least 24hrs after getting a lash lift treatment. Any activities that require wetting your lashes should be done before or 24hrs after the treatment.
  • Do lash lifts damage my natural lashes?
    Because I use a solution that only requires 3-5min of processing time, there should be no damage to your natural lashes. In addition, I use a gentle processing technique along with the Keratin that will help preserve the health of your lashes. As curling lashes and wearing mascaras are no longer needed after the procedure, many clients claim that their lashes became healthier than ever before!
  • What should I do if I feel discomfort after receiving a lash service?
    Please call your doctor right away. Although it is rare to experience a reaction after the application is complete, every individual has different sensitivity levels to chemical treatments.
  • Can my teenager get lashes done?
    She/he must be at least 16yrs old. The parent of a minor is required to sign a waiver before getting any lash services.
  • Does the tint procedure hurt?
    You should not feel any discomfort during the tinting application. You should not feel any discomfort during the lash lift procedure. Please notify me asap if you feel a sting to your eyes or any other discomfort. Lightly closing your eyes instead of squinting will prevent the likelihood of the lash solution entering your eyes. If this happens, eye drops will be used to flush the solution out of the eyes.
  • My lashes are naturally dark. Would I see a difference?
    Yes. Blue black (darkest black) will be used on naturally dark lashes and it will give a mascara effect.
  • What colors do you offer for lashes and brows?
    Blue black and Natural black are often used for lashes. Blue black is the darkest black, which gives a mascara effect, and Natural black is for those who prefer a natural look and dislike the look of makeup. Natural brown is the most popular for the brow tinting procedure, as you want your brows to be slightly lighter than your lashes. *Colors are mixed to match each client's needs
  • What should I do if I feel discomfort after getting lash service?

  • How long does the tint last?
    The color is permanent unless other chemicals are used on the lashes. Use of a water proof mascara should be avoided.
  • Is the tint the same as what you use for hair?
    No. Lash and brow tint is specifically made for facial hair. It is comprised of much milder, vegan & organic coloring.
  • What is a Brow Lamination?
    Eyebrow lamination is the latest procedure that will create shiny, smooth, and fuller brows with a nice arch. It will give you control over unruly brows without using an eyebrow gel every morning.
  • How long does a Brow lamination last?
    Brow laminations typically last up to 6-8wks. However, it can vary from person to person, as it depends on the life cycle of your eyebrows and how well it’s maintained. Avoid wetting your eyebrows for 24hrs after the procedures and brush your eyebrows into the desired shape as needed.
  • What can help Brow lamination last longer?
    Avoid water, excess sweating, crying, mascara, sauna, pool...any humidity should be avoided for the first 24hrs after getting the treatment. Use of a brow serum or castor oil will help support the health of your eyebrows and prevent premature shedding.

    Brow laminations typically take 30min. Duration can be shortened if the Brow lamination is done along with a Lash lift procedure. This is because the preparation can be completed while lashes are being processed. It will add 20min to the Lash lift service.

  • Who is the right candidate for a Brow lamination?
    Brow lamination procedures are perfect for people with unruly eyebrows. Unfortunately, it is not recommended for people who are missing the lower portion of their brows, as the brows will be lifted.
  • Will my eyebrows be lifted straight up like the models in magazines?
    No. You can brush it to the side and shape it any way you like. Brow laminations will give you full control over unruly and stubborn eyebrows.
  • What can I use on my skin if the area is dry after the Brow lamination procedure?
    You might experience some dryness on around the eyebrows post-treatment. Face lotion or castor oil can be used 24hrs after the procedure.
