Return request must be made within 7 days after the item was delivered. Email contact@avecpetie.com with purchaser's name, item number, along with the reason for return before shipping back an item. LePETiE believes shopping should be stress free experience. We accept returns for any reason as long as the item was returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Refund will be issued through the same payment method that was used to purchase the item. Confirmation email will be sent once the returned item was confirmed. Returned item must be in good condition, unworn, unused, and in original package. We regret LePETiE can not cover the shipping cost of returned item unless it was delivered damaged or was wrong item.
